Gimkit Snowy Survival Mode

In Gimkit Snowy Survival, the main objective is straightforward: stay in the game for as long as possible. The game starts with one randomly cursed player armed with a Snowball Launcher.

This player’s mission is to knock out others. Meanwhile, the rest of the players need to dodge the cursed player. Once a player is hit, they, too, become cursed. The game ends when all players are cursed.

How to Get Started?

1. Create a Game
   • Host a live game session.
   • Choose “Snowy Survival” in the mode picker and click Continue.
   • Set your preferred game options on the Game Options screen and proceed.
   • Share your game link by clicking the game code, or direct players to gimkit.com/join to enter the game code.
   • Toggle between being a spectator or a player by clicking the "Joining as..." button in the lower-left corner.
   • Once your participants are ready, click the Start Game button.
   • The game will take a short time to load and place players into Snowy Survival. What you see will depend on whether you're a player or a spectator.

Gameplay Mechanics

• Players’ Role: Regular players aim to avoid being hit and cursed. They can also gather and plant Snowball Launchers to help protect themselves.
• Cursed Players’ Role: Cursed players start with a Snowball Launcher and must use it to knock out regular players. Once a player is hit, they become cursed.
• Snowball Launching:
  • You can toggle between gameplay modes and projectiles by using the selector in the bottom center of your screen.
  • Choose the “Projectile” option to activate snowball throwing.
  • Use your mouse or touch screen to aim and throw snowballs at other players.

The game will end when the last player is knocked out, and all players are cursed. Alternatively, the host can manually end the game.

• Farming Area: In the farming area, you can grow more than just Snowball Launchers. Look out for Med Packs and gold keys too!
